TDN World Desk: Narendra Modi has returned to power with massive mandate for a second time. Leaders and various organisational representatives across the world have welcomed him. Bangladesh Jamaat-e Islami also congratulated Modi.

Through a statement Bangladesh Jamaat-e Islami chief Makbul Ahmed said, ” Hope under the leadership of Narendra Modi India prosper and progress strengthening bilateral relationship with the neighbouring countries including Bangladesh.”

Besides strengthening bilateral ties, Modi’s becoming Prime Minister of India for a second term would benefit both the countries in building co-operative relationship, he said further, Ahmed said.

He wished for Modi’s health and long life.

It is to be noted that on 23rd May after the election verdict came out clarifying a historic victory for Narendra Modi’s BJP led alliance NDA, prominent countries like Israel, America, Canada conveyed their gesture towards PM Modi. Bangladesh Jamaat-e Islami was also sent their congratulatory message for Indian PM.
