TDN World Desk: The state leadership of Welfare Party of India and Biman Bose, the Chairman of the Left Front Committee of West Bengal held an indoor meeting on Tuesday.

During this meeting at Alimuddin street leadership from either side decided to carry out a joint rally against NRC.

Mansa Sen, Welfare Party state president, said, ” We have arranged a discussion with Biman Bose. We have conversed at length over the current atmosphere of the Country and the state. At the same time, we have decided to carry a joint-protest movement against NRC and NPR.”

“Welfare party will participate the December 27 rally in Kolkata called by Left Fronts against CAA. And Welfare Party will come out on streets supporting the all India bandh on January 8.

Among prominent leaders, Welfare Party state president Mansa Sen and general secretary Sarwar Hassan attended Tuesday’s table discussion with Left Front Chairman Biman Bose.
