TDN World, Kolkata: On Friday the youth wing of BJP party held a protest rally against the attack on CRPF Jawan in Pulwama in which at least 40 Jawan have been martyred. With a motif to stand in solidarity with the Indian army and condemn the attack people thronged on the streets of North Kolkata near Shyam Bazar more.
The protesters set fire to the effigies of Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan. In order to condemn the attack Pakistan’s National flags were also burnt.
When asked, Dinesh Pandey, the BJP president for the North Kolkata unit said that they have carried out the program to encourage and show solidarity with the Jawan.
