TDN World Desk: Evoking much embarrassment for Modi government at centre and its armed force a new CCTV footage came to fore that clearly shows how the Delhi police assaulted the students inside Jamia library.

A 44-seconds video footage projecting the police brutality unleashed at the evening of December 15,2019 drew flak from political leaders, rights activist, writers, and common people as well on social media platform.

Reacting to the video, Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi questioned the morality of Amit Shah and Delhi police.

Taking to twitter Priyanka Gandhi said, “Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Delhi Police officers lied that they didn’t beat up students barging into the library…”

Stand Up comedian Kunal Kamra shared the video with a bit morphed editing, and led a bolstering attack in a statical tone. Kamra wrote in the caption, “Delhi Police Mahatma (Gandhi) would be proud of you.”

The video drew the attention of International Journalist like Mehdi Hassan who works for Al-Jazeera.

Former JNU leader and United Against Hate activist Umar Khalid wanted to know at Whose order the police brutality was carried out.

Denouncing the police brutality, SIO leader Syed Azharuddin said, “15th December- saffron day in the history of new India.”
