TDN World Desk: Amid nation-wide coronavirus lockdown Yogi Adityanath government in Uttar Pradesh has allowed to resume the construction work at Ram Temple site in Ayodhya.
As per a Times Now report, Work has resumed at Ram Temple site. A local PWD officials are working in collaboration with engineers of Larsen & Toubro that will be supervising the temple construction work. The construction work at the site has been postponed due to the Covid lockdown. Now the Yogi Adityanath govt. has allowed the work to resume.
‘The idol of Lord Ram has been shifted to its new abode and now we are getting the site for temple construction cleared and cleaned by removing barricades and leveling the ground. Soil testing will also be done to test soil strength. The trust members are holding meetings through video calls and are remaining updated on the progress of work “, said Champat Rai, secretary of the Shri Ram Teerth Kshetra Trust.
Earlier, in the first day of lockdown Uttar Pradesh CM yogi Adiyanath courted controversy by attending Ram Navami event in Ayodhya.
