TDN World Desk: Today Delhi police fired tear gas and resorted to brutal lathi charge as the students of Jamia Millia Islamia were marching to Parliament in opposition of Citizenship Amendment Bill.

On Thursday night famale students at Jamia Millia campus staged a mega rally with demand to repeal CAB and NRC.
The visual of firing tear gas by Delhi police surfaced in twitter.
According to the new Citizenship law except Muslims, six other communities – Hindus, Muslims, Shikhs, Janis, Parsis, Buddhists who entered the country from neighbouring Bangladesh, Pakistan and Afghanistan will be granted Citizenship.
In opposition of the law two people died in Assam.
