TDN World Desk: “Hum Kagaj nehi dikhyaenge” has become the slogan of resistance against the anti-NRC-NPR-CAA protests.
This appeal to not show documents as a move of civil disobedience likely to get fresh momentum as Muslim clerics also decided the same, no to file documents during the NRC, NPR and CAA operation.
To chalk out future action plan regarding the NPR, NRC, and CAA a closed-door meeting was held at Shaheen Nagar, Hyderabad. The meeting was joined by Muslim clerics from various parts of the country including Maulana Arshad Madani (Jamiat-ul-Ulema), Maulana Abul Qasim Nomani (Director, Darul-Uloom Deoband), Maulana Syed Mahmood Madani (Secretary Jamiat-Ul-Ulema), Maulana Siddiqullah Chowdhary (Minister of state, West Bengal).
During the hour-long discussion, as reported by Siasat, Muslim clerics came to decision of not filing documents to boycott the NRC,NPR and CAA.
Reportedly, another meeting will be held in New Delhi where all Muslim organizations’ representative will be invited to discuss over the issue.
